MAINLY BAD!

This is the first time i have written a review in my life, however, i thought i needed to warn others of astonishingly bad service i have received from Mainly Pine. Over two months ago i ordered and paid for a piece of furniture through Mainly Pine. As i did not receive an email confirmation, I called the office only to be put through to a guy on the end of a crackly mobile phone line. I was promised that my order confirmation would be resent and my order was on its way. Six weeks, several phone calls and much stress later, I have not received my furniture. Regardless of the companies returns policy, I have been refused a refund as it is now over 45 days since I placed my order. Despite not receiving my goods! I have received countless excuses and have neither my purchased item or my money back. To all those looking to purchase from Mainly Pine, PLEASE be very wary. This is not a professional company as the website leads you to believe, these are conmen!
