We are a small mobility company based in Ramsgate Kent, with a very ethical view on customer service, we believe that once a customer comes to us with a mobility issue, they should feel that they can come to us to help with any future issues.

We also believe that no mobility product should be sold to a customer without a physical and geographical assessment which basically comes down to, are you able physically and mentally to use the product safely and does it suit the area in which you want to use it.

This is true of every mobility item, from a bathlift, scooter, rise and recline chair right down to a raised toilet seat.

As an ethical business which grows from strength to strength on recommendations and word of mouth, we do not outstay our welcome, we do not hide prices, we do not pressure sell and we activly encourage the attendance of friends, relative and occupational therapists..
