worst experience EVER
Not only were the staff at the Kettering store rude and aggressive when we tried to return an item that did not work, they also evicted us for stating our argument. Unfortunately, for Maplin, I have spent about £8000 over the last two years with them through my businesses. From this point on, I will never spend another penny at Maplins or maplin.co.uk, - Their brand new store is in Kettering, a town which I happen to know a lot of the people in, and I will be doing what I can to let them know my experience there. My advice, if you are happy buying something and never getting your money back then please buy at Maplin.
