He broke things when they were supposed to be fixed

Firstly he came in the rain stayed for a bit and then would go to another job or say he would come back. It was for the replacement of front shocks on my Porsche. I took the wheels off and jacked the car up and removed the pads. Saving him much work. He was also supposed to pull a steering rack dust cover out as he could not fit the new ones. He ended up pushing it further. He wrote a receipt of which his writing was hardly readable. He said he would type receipt and email. He didn't! He also didn't finish the job and damaged my dust covers. The steering locked and he said he would be back. I called someone else who sorted it in seconds. He didn't replace the parts I had removed for him. He offered the cash cheaper payment. I said no to this and paid him £850 (Labour) for little time.(I purchased all the parts) He didn't finish the job and left me without a car costing me work. I attempted contact via txt and email...nothing. I would not touch him with a barge pole.
