Marquis motorhomes have a great sales team but offer appaling aftersales care. We bought a pre registered (brand new) motorhome last year. On collection we were told that the electric step had somehow been damaged and a new one was on order. ONE YEAR later we are still waiting. This might not seem like a big deal but the Mobilvetta P81 has a dashboard alarm that screeches constantly and flashes a red light if the step is not fully retracted, as it is damaged it wont fully retract. Marquises answer; disconnect it and invalidate the warranty and possibly the insurance. I dont think so. so abrand new motorhome that is practically unusable. A bunch of cowboys.
