WE boked at the Mary rose for its moderate price, The hotel need to be modernised. Our room was depressive, hospital sheets and basic set up. No phone in the bedroom ! no wireless! The staff was friendly, but too familiar. Without doubt the best feature of Mary Rose is the french lady, Professionnal, fast and smooth, she made us feel welcome every day at breakfast.we enjoyed our daily chats with her, What is she doing here? She does not belong in The mary Rose

Birthday Party
The service i got from this small hotel was great. The staff were friendly and polite. Everything i asked for was given to me in a matter of minutes. Yes, i would use this hotel again .... as a matter of fact i recommended it to my college friend!! The only thing that i think could make this business better is a bit of refurbishment......

Christmas Office Party at The Mary Rose
We booked The Mary Rose Funtion Room for our Christmas Party as it is conveniently located, just a few minutes away from the Cray Station. What the hotel lacks in modern amenities in largely compensated by the friendly staff and the welcoming and professional French manageress, We had a wonderful time and enjoyed a delicious 3 couses meal.. Personally, i will use the big function rooms facilities. The rooms badly need a fresh look, and the entrance can be messy. A heating shelter for smoker more signage around the hotel would be a plus.
