Extremely unhappy

After waiting 40minutes on our delivery I was delivered the wrong order, when I phoned to tell them the boss decided it would be better to shout down the phone at me ether than listen to what my complaint was. He the agreeded that he would resend the order I originally ordered. I then waited another 50minutes and my order had still not arrived when I then phoned back to ask where my order was I was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. After waiting 15minutes I phoned back to have the same man shout down the phone at me again telling me it would be another 15minutes. I told the rude man that I would like a full refund when arrived with he said ok to before hanging up the phone. 5 minutes later when the order finally arrived. I told the delivery driver this who then contacted his boss who told him I was not to get a refund. After another 5 minute conversation between the delivery man and the boss he then decided to refund me £5. I was not impressed with the service or food. And quite frankly felt sorry for the delivery man. Would not recommend.
