(Tyre repair) Job done but you won't be happy!!!

I have my punctured tyred repaired in Masters Fit Tyres, Welwyn Garden City. The guy who did the job for my car seem to know what he was doing and it was a quick job with a reasonable charge. However this is such a careless person and my BMW 18 inch alloy wheel was damage at the edge for about 2 inches long. When I pointed out the damage afterward, he admitted the accident and said sorry, but in an impolite way; something like "... Yeah... you know it was fxxking difficult to remove the tyre from your wheel..." Yes, we know the tyre job is not easy and that's why we pay you to do it and we hope you can take care of the rest of things. Now I need to spend another 50-100 pounds to repair that damage to the alloy wheel, thanks to this guy's rough procedures - using two metal tyre levers to remove the tyre without care! My conclusion is that, if you don't care about your car much, you can visit the store for a quick job. However if you do care (the allow wheels in this case), don't even try!
