This man sold me a car and alarm bells rang after he said welding had been done. Never mentioned anything at point of sale. Full 12 months mot on it. Decided to get it checked by vosa. Turned out to be an MOT failure on 5 majors 2 minor and 5 advisories. Refused a refund so it goes further. Also took mine in part ex, it had a snapped drive shaft! No mention of this. This man is going to kill someone with dodgy cars needs stopping.

The seller is untrusted. He sold for me absolutely scrap. Need to replace many things.

Totally Misleading Advertisement.
After paying a deposit of £200 against a 2002 Honda Accord to view this car on 9.9.15 and flying from Bournemouth to Manchester,i can only honestly describe this car as one of the filthiest,rusty{like i have never seen before on any Honda}damp smelling ...on touching a part in the engine compartment that was mounted by a completely rusted bracket the part,whatever it was,just dropped when the bracket almost gave way.On opening the boot to view the spare wheel i found the boot carpet to be sopping wet,..Mr Martin Jackson,{who had received my £200 deposit} was very surprised of this and mumbled something about .."i have hoovered the front mats for you.." whilst squeezing the water out of the carpet into the spare wheel place ? Mr Martin Jackson had previously told me that his mechanic had changed the brake lines on the car,...as the car had only done 39000miles i questioned the need for this...over the phone he mumbled that , "this sometimes happens to cars ."....but that it would be finished by the time i arrived there,...which it had,complete with new rear brake pads which the car had to have for its MOT which it had just passed. On looking under the car from the boot to the front i could not believe my eyes,..the Chassis appeared to be a huge amount of rust,...i have never seen the likes before,i actually thought for a moment it was a Candid camera trick,.I took pictures of it and the RHS sill as i fully intended to take this further. All the time Mr Jackson was just standing there watching me inspect this car wiping the now exposed engine with a rag....pathetic. At that time i told him i was not interested in the car that Mr Martin Jackson had advertised as a "immaculate example" and a "real credit to its previous owner". I can safely say that i would not accept this vehicle as a gift. Mr Jackson said that he would refund me my deposit..i replied that i would accept £150 of the £200....he agreed to this and said he would do this before the end of the day. It is now 16 Sept.and your correct...i have not received a bean,..Mr Jackson has text me that he does not intend to pay me that which he promised. The Hondas registration no. is ...RV52FLL...be very careful if you intend to buy it...Finally ,i would question Mr Jacksons ability to, A] Keep his word. B] Write an accurate description of any car he is selling . C] Be worthy of trust,..the most IMPORTANT requirement of any motor trader. Finally i can not in all honesty ,give this man or his Matley Motor Company any star rating at all,it would be an insult to decent traders. I am taking this further as i have informed Mr Jackson.
