disgraceful
So angry, i booked this bus 3/4 weeks in advance for my 21st bday. I tried contacting them to confirm price and pickup point. I rang them 6 times in total and each time they answered and said they would get back to me, of which they did not reply once. They were supposed to pick us up at half 9, they were still not there by 10pm. I rang them to enquire as to where the bus was, and was told he lifted other people at the other end of the town and was taking them to the place we were supposed to go. They did not arrange and other mode of transport and never got an apology. A lot of disappointed people that will not book this company again. Thanks for ruining 16 people's night and my 21st birthday!!!!!!
