Supposed to come on Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, promised to come first thing this morning (Friday). No show. Doesn't phone when he isn't coming. Promised to be there next day each time. 4 days is a long time in December to leave your heating switched off so that he can freeze the pipes- my kids started getting too cold so had to get the yellow pages out. Can't comment on the quality of work done as he hasn't turned up to do any.
