McMichael's are a family operated Home Audio Visual and Home Appliance retailer operating in Alloa, Central Scotland. We operate both a Sony Centre and Euronics stores in Alloa and Tillicoultry (Inside Sterling Furniture). We delivery across Central Scotland covering Stirling, Falkirk, Dunfermline, Perth, Glasgow and Edinburgh areas.
Operating a Sony Centre and a Euronics store gives us the buying power on many excellent brands allowing us to deliver prices that match or better the chain stores.

Poor service
If you would like your equipment damaged then bring it to these clowns, Top of my unit covered in scratches from what is obviously poor treatment when the cover has been removed and the finished side being placed on top of the screws. The owners response " if you don't like it, best you take independent advice". Staff were shirty and condescending upon arrival to collect my repaired stereo, which by the way took 7 days longer than promised. And the owner completely washed his hands of any responsibility immediately at the first sign of a disssstisfied customer.

They don't come any better.
I have done business with McMichaels and they are very knowledgeable on all things SONY and more. I run a small video business and have been helped out on numerous occasions when I got into technical difficulties. I am a customer of well over 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for quality goods and prices. Very highly recommended. Douglas Keith..
