Hi Many thanks for your CV. Just to confirm the position is full Time to supply caregiving to elderly or disabled people living in Canada. Work permit will be issued for 2 years and expected Employment duration is 2+ years. After 1 year you will be able to apply for your PR application - Permanent residency for Canada. This position will be suitable for applicants who are looking to migrate to Canada for better opportunities and for long term, not short term. Fees are applicable for this position as the agents in Canada will be providing the LMO/work permit visa and the job offer. Job Description: Candidates must have an excellent understanding of English, and must have minimum of 6 months experience as a carer or nurse to apply for this role. The successful applicant will be providing care to an elderly person, duties to include but not be exclusive to: Meal Preparations, reminding of Medicines, accompany to Doctor's/Hospital Appointments, Personal Hygiene of person caring for, Light Housework. Salary is $10 to $12 Canadian Dollars per hour. All living expenses will be met by employer. A room with key will be supplied to the Caregiver. Minimum of 8 hours’ work per day. 40 hours per week. Number of paid sick leave will be 10 days and paid Holidays will be 10 days per year. Accommodation and food cost will be paid by the employer. Full transportation costs for the live-in caregiver to travel to Canada will be provided, accommodation + food and Full health care insurance coverage will be provided for the live in caregiver for duration of employment. Position is for a foreign Live –in Caregiver. A live - in Caregiver means a person who resides in and provides child care, senior home care or care of the disabled without supervision in the private house hold in Canada where the person being cared for resides. There are arrangement fees which will need to be paid by the applicant, which is £8,000 UK pounds, this to arrange the LMO/Work permit visa and the job offer.
