Horrible customer service
Mediashak did a very poor quality job on repairing an iPad screen, the replacement screen was incorrectly applied so it cracked almost immediately with use: they blamed us for this and refused to rectify the situation. Waste of money, waste of time, and very annoying. Avoid!
