Established in 1999, MediZen are a multi-award winning medical aesthetic clinic based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. Over the years we've helped literally thousands of our clients to feel more confident about the way that they look. We're NOT a Beauty Salon and we're NOT a Cosmetic Surgery Clinic - we specialise in offering carefully researched treatments that can make real, natural looking improvements to your appearance without disruption to your normal lifestyle. Our number one priority is to give you more confidence in your skin with visible, natural looking improvements that you can see reflected in the mirror.

About Us

Your first consultation at MediZen is free of charge (except with Dr David Eccleston), with no obligation to pursue a treatment if you decide it is not for you. You will be introduced to your practitioner who will take you through to one of our discreet treatment rooms where you can explain what results you would like to achieve. We always ensure that we give you time to discuss your needs (no rushed consultations) and the informal session allows you to talk freely and in confidence with a professional, in a relaxed atmosphere where you can decide together what is best for you. If your practitioner feels that the treatment is suitable then you can proceed to book treatment with us.

Your Treatment

You can be safe in the knowledge that we are independently audited for safety, effectiveness and client satisfaction for the treatments we offer and that our staff training, health and safety, insurance policies, treatment advice literature and protocols are up to date, government regulated and inspected. We take pride in the quality of our service and you can be sure that ethics come before profit: We will not treat you if we don't think that we can give you the results that you desire. In our recent customer satisfaction survey of 164 MediZen clients, 95% rated our service as either excellent or very satisfactory for treatment results and value for money and 100% for overall service!

Your Practitioner

All our staff are committed to learning and developing our skills to deliver the most effective and safest treatments for our clients. After your treatment, we will continue to keep in regular contact with you to monitor your progress and measure your results. In the unlikely event you experience any unwanted effects, our aftercare includes an emergency telephone line where you are guaranteed to reach a helpful team member 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As a medically led clinic we have the advantage of a fully trained and registered doctor on hand; so you can feel assured that we can offer you the best complete after treatment care and attention that you deserve.
