Awful, don't risk your money
Had to resort to court action to get my money back after I was sold a supposedly new blackberry 'phone which was not new and had so many faults it was ridiculous. The company just refused to pay me back the money or to replace the 'phone once the ebay complaints time period had expired. Claimed that the only rules which applied were ebay and that the sale of goods act did not apply...it did and they now have the court order to prove it! Avoid!!
