Rude and discourteous! Seriously. If you are involved in an accident then this company may be the one that the police call to recover your car. Do not accept this and call your own recovery agent. There charges are fair but the manner in which they will talk to you is disgraceful. They treat you like a criminal and get ready for the foul language. You have been warned....
