In June 2015 we saw a property on the Camposol development and decided to make an offer on the property. We initially paid a payment of 500 euros, to take the property off the market. We instructed our solicitor to carry out the necessary searches. Our solicitor informed us that there was no Habitation Certificate issued and we should not go ahead. On or return to the UK, I carried out further internet searches of the area and discovered other issues that I was not happy with. I informed "Mercers Spanish Property" that we wish not to go ahead with the purchase and to return our initial payment of 500 euros. THERE HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY AND DO NOT REPLY to any of my emails to this date (30th Sept 2015). To take them to court will cost 2000 euros, so they have got away with it.
