Had a terrible experience at merinal ltd - tried to return a radiator, just to be confronted with bare faced rudeness ! The service was shocking - we were just left standing there for about 15 minutes before anyone dealt with us and customers were walking out. They did not offer any money back, and told us we could not return the brand new radiator we had just bought as it did not contain the shring wrapped plastic outer. Whatever you do, dont go here

I came in to buy a new boiler as i was told from another plumbers merchants that i neede a new boiler.I was asked what the problem was so i told the very friendly staff what was wrong and they said it might be better getting a second opinion as it does not sound like i need a new boiler. Sure enough i got another plumber who Merinal recommended and it was a £5 part that needed changing. Thank you for your honest service. ( I think Helen B has left a review on the wrong company as).
