These guys we had in to lay expensive engineered oak flooring . they also said they could dress the skirting boards with new skirting and fill and finish the job in a day . They demanded money upon delivery of the flooring the day before including labour . Do not pay these guys until work is done . the workman started on the Friday ,layed the floor and downed tools bang on 5pm and asked me to do the filling on the skirting boards and buy all the filler and caulk ! Its taken two weeks to get them to finish it to a sub standard finish . Poor customer service and communication and will never use again. Do not pay these guys till work is done ! Cowboys !
