MIL Collections to be neutered by change to Law.
A new law in May will effectively neuter MIL Collections and other, let’s say, opportunistic companies, from using the automated CCJ, to harass and bully motorists, with large claims for parking tickets, some 5years old. Do not pay these charges, Appel to the CCJ. Force them into court, where they will fail. They have failed in court on a number of occasions. On no account should you pay them!!!

Unprofessional and Extremely Rude
I have been in contact with MIL collections for about 2 hours and I have been made to feel like a criminal. They use bullying and intimidation tactics, they do not have accurate information and seem to work by making their 'victims' feel like they are the worst of the worst. They have definitely not been told that you can catch more bees honey than you can with vinegar. They are rude, derogatory and harassing. Professional is not a word known by this company and they should be ashamed of themselves. This is not a company you want to be associated with.
