Disgusting customer service and absolute rip off!

If I could leave a minus rating I would. We used mills florist for my Grandads funeral flowers. We decided to only have one large arrangement on top of the coffin and were shown images of arrangements that were full of colourful flowers in bloom that we were assured ours would look like. We were extremely disappointed with what we had delivered. The arrangement was mostly green grasses and leaves, with hardly any flowers. The flowers that were included were wilting and the next day dead. I'm sure you can appreciate its very upsetting for my grandma and family to visit the grave the next day and have almost dead flowers left on the grave. My auntie, uncle and grandma went back to the shop to complain a couple of days after and were told rudely that it was not there problem, they had done it as we had asked. Rude staff, appalling customer service and rubbish value. DO NOT use them.
