expensive, poor customer service and plain rude
used them a few years ago and got a good result. thought they were very expensive at the time but they got the job done without issue - we were pleased. used them agin last month - big mistake. would not recommend them to anyone. they have threatened to take an unauthorised payment from my credit card for a very small outstanding amount whilst there is still a dispute over safety issues with poor fitting.
