Always use Minty's
Got a cracking deal on a 2 x kid's beds and side. Not my first bed from them. It's not like a department store where the prices and discounts the sales people can offer are fixed. If you know how to talk to them you can walk away with a bargain.

bad mannered poor quality
Was providing them with a VERY good sale. Was sopken to very rudely and the quality of bed was so poor that the slats began to break when a average sized man layed on it!

Highly Recomended!!
I recently bought a mattress and frame from Mintys, it was delivered the next day, assembled for me and they disposed of my old bed too for free!! The price and service was faultless.

I WENT TO MINTY BEDS I WAS GIVEN GOOD ADDVISE AND WAS ABLE TO IOOK ROUND WITHOUT BEING PRESSURED BY SALES PEOPLE AND THE BED WAS DELIVERED WHEN THEY SAID VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY GIVE ME

Appalling manner, ridiculous price
Both on the phone and in person, the sales staff were the most unpleasant and surly that I have ever encountered. Moreover, the price quoted to me over the phone (which was comparable to that given on various Internet sites) shot up by £100 when I made the journey into Oxford the next day - and this greatly increased price was, I was told, the sale price. Even if they hadn't added on £100, their manner was such that I would never have bought from them.

Each time I am told my mattress will be in the following week I have to ring to find out it isn't. Given a replacement until mine arrives but it is awful and sags in the middle.

Excellent deals and delivery
I've been using Minty's for a number of years and have always managed to find some great deals. One of the main reasons I keep going back is because they deliver and dispose of old beds for FREE. If your shopping around for beds in the area then definitely call in, they've got a lot of stock on site and I've always found the delivery quick. Highly recommended.

Very expensive and late delivery
I have recently ordered a Divan bed from Minty beds, only to find out that it was nearly £100 cheaper almost everywhere on Internet. If this is the kind of profit margin they have on cheaper beds (£400), imagine how much extra you pay when you buy a more expensive one! Moreover, the delivery time was 2 weeks when they promised to deliver approx (8 -10 days) . It is always better to buy a bed online, you can always return it (even when the reason is that you merely changed your mind) and it is much cheaper with similar delivery time.
