INCOMPETENT, LAZY & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

They repaired my 76 year old mother’s Hudl by connecting the new port with sellotape. They claimed they replaced the full part (cost £4) but why was the port (cost 25p) bereft of any solder residue and had sellotape to keep it on? The manager claims he watched the repair. Convenient he remembers a repair last month and fortuitously he watched! After several email discussions about 60 day warrantees (would you want sellotape man to mend your tablet), character assassinations and an offer of refunding the money if I brought in the part (I only have the part which was taped in and not the whole part they say they fitted as it was obvious they didn’t replace that part). It is clear that they totally missed the point. They mended a 76 year old’s tablet with sellotape because they thought they could get away with it. No amount of reparation will fix that. WILL YOU BE THE NEXT ONE? Also note the manager mentioned their 5 star reviews so I checked them out on Facebook. What a surprise one of their 5 star reviews was an Oliver Lord who – wait for it – is the manager that I first dealt with. How many other reviews have they done themselves??
