Would like a an update please especially from Mrs Huggins who took him to Liverpool magistrates court on 10th January I have searched this out but cant find any results I have had bad dealing with him in the past, he left my 90 year old mother without scooter and in tears unable to cope in her struggle for every day life

AFTER BEING INVOLVED IN VERY SERIOUS CAR ACCIDENT BRAKING MY HIP AND BACK IN SEVERAL PLACES. I RANG THE SHOP ENQUIRING ABOUT A SPECIAL SITTING CHAIR THAT WOULD SUIT MY NEEDS. JOHN CAME OUT MEASURED UP IN MAY TOOK £100 DEPOSIT, I MADE IT CLEAR IT HAD TO BE CERTAIN HEIGHT/WIDTH TO ACCOMADATE ME. AFTER MONTHS OF RINGING FROM MYSELF AND REABILATATION TEAM ALL CALLS WAS IGNORED WITH NO RESPONSE BACK. A CHAIR WAS DELIVERED WHICH LOOKED LIKE A CHILDS CHAIR MY DAUGHTER IS 11 AND EVEN SHE SAID IT WAS SMALL FOR HER, I DID NOT LET THE DELIVERY MEN LEAVE IT WITH ME I SENT IT BACK WITH THEM AND TOLD THEM IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. REALLY POOR QUALITY FOR THE PRICE AND HALF THE SIZE I REQUESTED. EVEN NOW MONTHS DOWN THE LINE STILL NOTHING? WHAT A ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THIS MAN/COMPANY ARE. IAM NOT A PENSIONER IM 32YRS OLD WITH A YOUNG FAMILY AND TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AT MY AGE JUST BECAUSE IM VUNRABLE DUE TO THE ACCIDENT. IT MAKES ME SICK THAT HE CAN GET AWAY WITH ROBBING VUNRABLE INICENT PEOPLE..HOPE HE GETS WHATS COMING TO HIM.

Again I wouldn't give any stars. This man is the lowest of the low, totally no morals. He cold called on my 90 year old father at Easter this year stating he was servicing his mobility scooter and took it away. 'John' did not leave a card or number, my dad had no idea where the scooter had gone and it was only by chance that they knew it had gone somewhere in Prescot. After continous letters and phone calls to him John stated he would sell it for my dad, that was back in July. Still nothing, I leave messages and he doesn't have the decency to call me back and when I do get through to him he states he is busy and can I ring him back in 10 minutes and when I do of course he doesn't answer the phone. The last time I spoke to him was early October in which he said he would instruct his accountant to send a cheque out to my dad. Again another blatant lie as we are still waiting. How this man keeps a business is beyond me and when I phoned the shop telephone number today the phone could not take ingoing calls.I would dearly love to take him to court but judging by previous reviews you don't get anything back off him anyway. It gets me so mad and I am sure he would not like his parents to go through the distress he is causing others. P.A.Coates

*** LIVERPOOL MAGISTRATES COURT at 10am on 10th January 2013 *** I hope enough victims have given evidence to Trading Standards for this trial to succeed. Fraud Act 2006 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. NO STARS!!!! This trader has 8 CCJ's against his name since Feb 2011. He targets disabled, elderly and vulnerable people. He cold calls them saying SOCIAL SERVICES gave him the telephone number. He took a huge amount of money from my disabled and partially sighted elderly relative and has not delivered the goods. When you phone he promises delivery.Nothing!! Just like the others she is the victim of a crime. WHAT SORT OF PERSON WOULD PREY ON VULNERABLE PEOPLE. ?? Would nt have given any stars but had to up load review .I got my reupolsterd cushions back off this scammer after 4 months and it took a lot of of heavy leaning to get them.The workmanship is terrible could have done better myself on a domestic machine.AVOID THIS COMPANY ! I was lucky after months of nothing to sit on i got something back and didnt pay him and.the cushions are a cosmetic job and will do until i saved for a new suite .If any one cant get it touch heres the phone number 07957004451.

carer in the community and this company have taken money from some of our service users..with nothing in return..i was there when he sold a wheelchair power pack to a lady.. took the deposit and she never received it ..another ladypaid him (john ) a lot of money to have her sofa specialy reupholstered for her back ....over a yr ago and nothing....its absolutely discusting he gets away with it....believe me i have met this man at the ladys house who baught the power pack for her wheel chair..he is very convicing..he has the business van the brouchures and comes over as really proffesional...but when we became suspicious the next time he came ..gosh did we see the real him..arrogant and rude....please please dont deal with this company...unfortunatally he get the vunerable phone numbers from some source,,,,,he should be shut down

My mother has aslo been scammed by this company. They sold my mother an arm chair and after her only having the chair just over a week, they called and said there had been an issuue with the motor and it had to be taken away to be checked,, This was around the second week in November since then we have tried and tried to contact the man and on the few occasions we have got an answer he promises to call back and doesn't. This scum bag has taken £600.00 pf my mother so court it is

I have persued this company through Trading Standards and eventually to the Crown Court to try to get the money owed to my 85 year old father. Althought the judgement was entered against the Defendant we have never seen a penny of the money owed. Definately a case of we win but get nothing! Bit of a hollow victory really. This Company should definately be shut down immediately

This man has, over a period of many months, defrauded, lied-to, betrayed, milked of funds, conned, an elderly for whom my wife cares in an unofficial capacity. The lady is dependant on her mobility aid which was overpriced, inadequate from the outset. Promises of visits, repairs, refunds, replacement etc. have not been fullfilled and his excuses defy belief. Trading Standards have now been contacted but that takes time. I will now commence my own actions on the lady's behalf and I will not rest until he is out of business or behind bars. I will take this to all media who are prepared to listen. He will soon regret conning an Army widow!

My housebound, wheelchair confined elderly aunt was 'cold called' by this company. She mistook 'mobility' in their name to be an association with Motabiliity so agreed for their representative to call. He 'sold' her a wheelchair for £195 and wanted payment in full but she was savvy enough to give him a deposit of £60 instead. This was 20th Jan '11 and delivery was advised as 10 - 14 days. Following numerous phone calls and getting excuse after excuse, a chair was finally delivered on 3rd Mar. Unfortunately, after they had left, my aunt discovered they had measured up incorrectly and the chair would not go through the bathroom door! I spotted the problem immediately when I called round and phoned the company to inform them. Of course they had been paid in full by this time. They came the next day and waffled that they had been sent the wrong chair and took it away saying she would get a replacement in the next couple of weeks. Since last week I have been chasing this up and delivery has been promised on 3 occasions - it's been on the van ; being put on the van ; it's on it's way to her now..... It's the 24th March now and I've not been able to contact them on any of their numbers and have left messages for them to phone me back. My aunt is blaming herself for being silly enough to be duped but I keep telling her she can't be blamed for being vulnerable to these sort of people. I will not let this lie until she gets her chair and will, if necessary, be paying them a visit. IF THIS COMPANY COLD CALLS YOU - SLAM THE PHONE DOWN!! TELL ANY MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS ABOUT THEM. BEWARE!!!!!! Update 25th March: Turned up with another wheelchair today that the delivery man said was 'a bit tight - perhaps you should get in it and try yourself' when he tried to push it through the bathroom door. Aunty couldn't even get in it though as the arms are non-removeable and, as she is totally dependant on a chair, can't even stand!! The office was phoned and the excuse was 'they've sent the wrong chair again' and 'you'll get the correct chair on Monday'...... When aunty said she felt she should just forget it and be given a full refund it was ignored. I have just spoken to them myself and asked why the chair hadn't been checked on receipt and they claimed they had trusted the supplier as they had had so many problems with this order and the supplier had guaranteed this one would be correct. The non returned calls of yesterday were blamed on them not having my number - even though the last call was made from my mobile to his mobile... He has reiterated that another chair will be arriving on Monday and that they will get it to my aunt straight away. This really is their last chance - my aunt doesn't need this stress!!!

This company is a fine example of service in its poorest form. The staff are rude and disrespectful. The prices are ridiculous. I would advise people to look for a different company if they have mobility needs.
