Appalling Service!
Appalling service. Took a phone in for a new digitizer and was told it would be ready within a week. 2 weeks on and I'm still waiting. The sales assistant offers no advice other than they are awaiting parts, refused to give me the manager's contact details and when I asked him to get the manager to contact me, nothing happened.
