also... it's flippin impossible to get through to anyone who's willing to try to fix the situation we're in. I think the best option is to wait for them to come chasing their payment, then I'll have their full attention!!

Dont use them.
I initially requested they do just the bathroom, kitchen and downstairs but they persuaded me to let them do the whole of my mum's 4 bed house. She said it'd be £60 plus vat for the 2 hours. An extortionate amount I thought but better that my mum had some help with her housework. The recent visits have been for only 1.5 hours and the charge is the same... no explanation to us and the girls that came to clean knew only that they were contracted for 1.5 hours. I wonder who's pocketed the extra?!
