Moments Studio Hire and commercial Photography in Surrey

We are situated in the heart of Surrey, the studio is easily accessible by road being only 10 minutes from Junction 8 of the M25 - see the Contact Us page for a map and public transport details.

The studio is available for hire to both Amateur and Professional Photographers and there is loads of safe off road parking that is completely free.

Moments well equipped studio is approx 2,300sq ft it has a large white infinity cove and numerous well built professional sets that change regularly. Opening Oct 2010. 1800 sqft Drive In Studio for car and motorbike photography, plus large Green Screen facilities
There is also a well equipped changing/make-up room for your models and a comfortable lounge area that can also be used to shoot in.

The studio is owned and run by Professional Photographer Axl Stone and professional photographer and Make up Artist Irena Eastington. Axl is always on hand to help with the lighting if required and there is also an in house professional make-up artist if needed.

Studio Hire

When planning and booking your studio shoot please remember to include your set up and take down time within your time scale. So if you book 2 hours this time must include setting up, shooting and clearing up so you do not run into the next booking and to avoid overtime charges. Please leave the studio as you would wish to find it, in a clean and tidy condition.

Monday - Friday : 10am - 10pm

Weekends: 10am - 10pm


Studio Hire Fees

Studio hire is avaliable from as little as £30 per hour in the main Studio and £45 an hour in our Drive In Studio There is a mimum booking requirement of 2 hours.


Booking Deposit

To make a booking a deposit of £50 will be required to secure the time and date that you require. The remainder of the booking fee is payable on the day of your shoot. Leaving a deposit is simple please use our PayPal service which is secure and instant.


Cancellations/Changes

There is a £25 administration fee charged on all confirmed bookings which are cancelled or moved within 48hours..


Payment Method

We only accept payment by cash, cheque or Paypal, any alternative method of payment needs to be discussed before placing your booking.


Breakages & Damages

Please note that any breakages or damages to studio equipment, studio props, etc must be reported at the end of your booking and must be paid for.


Health & Safety

Please note that Moments Studio will NOT be held responsible or liable for any accident caused by the hirer their staff or team whilst using the studio or equipment.

Deposits

Payment

The remainder of the stuido fee will be due at the end of your studio booking by either cash or cheque.



Cancellations and Changes

There is a £50 cancellation fee for cancelled bookings less than 48hours before the shoot.


Booking Photographic & Other Services



To book a photographic session we require a deposit of £25 to secure you date and time. The remainder of the payment for photographic services will be paid after the photosession.
