What an absolute joke!!

We ordered a bed from this company and took a day off work to be in for this delivery, the driver arrives and opens the van to find there's no bed!?? How can you do a delivery without checking you have the order? Anyway the driver said he will contact the company and get someone to ring us to rearrange this delivery again. No one got back to us so we phoned up to arrange this. The only delivery they had available was for the following week Friday and that the driver would phone me when 30min away, so again I took the day off to be in for this delivery. It got to 8pm and we contacted the company to find out the whereabouts of this delivery. We was told we was the last destination and that it shouldn't be long now. It got to 10pm and we just gave up! The following day the delivery turned up at 12pm without a notice so luckily I was in to get it. Not happy with the service we contacted the company and was told that the manager would be in touch with us to offer some sort of good Will gesture. Nearly 3 months on now and still haven't heard a thing! We're happy with our purchase but the service is useless! Stephen Chapman
