Very disappointing experience

BMW 'specialists' - all sounded great in theory. Said I would be the only car worked on when it was booked on the Saturday 08:30. Didn't call me until gone 11, so clearly hadn't started it straight away. Worse, these 'specialists' failed to notice rear bushes upside down on end of trailing arms. Then told me that would be quick (30 minutes) to put right, and even though there would have been enough time to fix it before they closed (and they had nothing else on at that time), wasn't interested in doing it, and only wanted to get away early 'shopping with the wife' What else did they miss in the 'inspection'? Very poor, and I won't be going back. When they send reminders, they are all polite though. Eg If you have any questions, don't 'hesitate to call them'. All that sort of nonsense. The experience was very different. How on Earth could I possibly put a positive review here?
