Shocking Service
Absolutely shocking service!! Purchased through VW North Wales as i thought the service and aftercare etc would be better than a stand alone garage- big mistake! I purchased my car in January and am still awaiting mats etc that were promised- also still awaiting a copy of my MOT cert- oh and they used all of my petrol and didn't replace it after dropping off a courtesy car at my workplace with less than 10 miles worth of fuel in! Have escalated the matter to VW Customer Care after nearly 2 months of chasing but i am still getting nowhere- my advice would be purchase your vehicle elsewhere... They couldn't contact me enough until they had my money, now they don't want to know!
