Never again! Terrible!
I would've put zero stars, but need to select one to write the review! Went there yesterday to look at a used focus, as we needed a new car in a hurry (albeit half heartedly after a below par experience at this branch before). They gave us a quote & we went away to consider. Went back today to proceed with the purchase & half way through they put the price UP!! How to lose a sale in one easy step. I should've known better than to go back, I'll know in future. I'm sure not all the branches are deceitful, but this branch won't be getting a third chance from me.
