Used to be reliable but has changed hands recently, for the much worse. The good mechanics seem to have left and its now mostly trainees and poor quality work, along with a 'couldn't care less' attitude. I stopped using it after a couple of bad experiences before Xmas. Definitely NOT recommended anymore.
