Plastic Moulding

We have the ability to mould in a variety of raw materials including polypropylene, ABS, styrene, etc.
Using your own existing moulds, or new moulds, you may require assistance in manufacturing.

Manufacturing Capacity

Our production facility is fully equipped with a range of moulding machines manufactured by one of the world's leading manufacturers (BOY) and was installed new in 2016, they are controlled by the latest computer technology which minimises production cycle times, and also power used helping to keep our prices very competitive.
We have machines of 22T, 50T & 90 tonnes, and we are able to produce any product up to a shot weight of approximately 129gms.

Tool Development

We Work closely with an independent mould manufacturer based in the United Kingdom, who has over 30 years of experience of tool development, production and maintenance.
They have the ability to work closely with your production or design personnel to offer advice on the best solution for your requirements, for either low or high volume production.
Using a variety of aluminium or steel grades to produce the mould of choice, all at a truly competitive price.
