Ruined dresses
I have had bad experiences at this cleaners. They completely ruined one of my dresses and would not reimburse me for cost of the dress. On other occasions I have had dresses come back with black marks on them when they went in with no marks on them. It is not until you go to wear the dress that you discover that it has marks on it and you cant wear it. I will never use this cleaners again.
