Appalling service.
Paid £942 for repairs diagnosed by the AA. Glow plug faults, diesel filter faults. Took them 7 days to fix, broke additional parts whilst fixing that I had to pay for. Any attempt to resolve or price reduction was refused. Even managing director was useless. Left the forecourt and broke down with the same problem after 0.5 miles driving home. Returned to the garage to be told 'it's not my problem anymore' and 'I shouldn't of started complaining then'. Also made racial comments. Awaiting full refund, compensation an apology or court date. Trading standards and Citizens Advice Beauru both have my case backed and ready to take before a judge as both associations have agreed they are breaking several laws.
