Bad job and terrible customer service

Do not use this company as the two girls who came to clean my house missed more than was cleaned.Got in touch spoke to Carol who at the time seemed nice told her the problem was said that they should really come back I said did not want the same girls back.Said she would speak to Mrs Sparkles and come back to me I said no rush. Its now Monday afternoon and iv,e just rung back and spoken to Carol she told me they would not be coming back as because the girls had asked me if it was alright and I had said yes I do not expect to have to check as they are pros don,t use them if you want the job doing properly I even paid 20 pound extra for an extra room doing. So much for cheap Groupon voucher it still cost me 48 pounds for a job not well done!!!. Don,t use them!!!! if you want a good job doing save your money do it yourself.
