Kids Karate
My children are learning self-defence whilst developing thier self-confidence, self-discipline and self-respect. Their fitness is improving and they are having a great time in the process. They train and learn in a safe, friendly and enjoyable environment and they aren't smashing bricks, pieces of wood or anything else for that matter. What more could a parent ask for?

Refreshingly approachable
It's not very often that you come across a martial arts school that inspires confidence from the first telephone conversation. As a Mum, I am keen to find out-of-school clubs that are not only fun but also teach new skills too. Mike and the team aim to make everyone feel welcome to their classes - irrespective of age or ability.

Ladies kick boxing
I went to my first class yesterday 41 and over weight. I thought I would really struggle and feel a little uncomfortable about my bad body condition . However I was really made to feel at home and had a fantastic time. A brilliant fun way to exercise with lots of sequence changes that don't make it boring. My five year old also started at the summer camp and has started going to little dragons. He has gained confidance and improved his self esteem as well as self defence these skills will be skills he has gained for life.
