These people cannot define the cut for the breed. I brought my 8 month old Cocker Spaniel in for a wash and trim around his paws and ears,may appointment was at 2pm and I was told to pick him up at 4.30.When i picked him up at 4.30 they had cutall the feathering off his legs and chunks off his ears neck and armpits where they insisted he had knots, I had initially been told they could not trim a puppy because of his baby fur. My Cocker spaniel now looks like a Jack Russell as his hair is so short. I paid £22.00 for this priveledge, I will not be taking my puppy back to this place
