Sheet Metalwork

Based in Luton Multishape produce Precision Sheet metal work, This can be as a one-off prototype through to full volume production. We use a wide range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other metals. Typical products include Enclosures, Panels, Chassis, Brackets and light fabrications. Our commitment to quality has been independently endorsed by our registration to BS EN ISO 9001.

Laser Cutting

Sheet sizes of up to 2540mm x 1270mm can be processed; this includes one single sheet auto-reposition. Laser cutting provides a fast, accurate and precisely repeatable method of creating components of all shapes and sizes using flat sheet and some tubular materials.

CNC Punching

Sheets sizes of up to 4100mm x 1290mm can be processed; this includes one single sheet auto-reposition. Punching accuracy can be maintained to within 0.1mm of true position. Components can be nested to dramatically increase sheet utilisation and deliver substantial material cost savings.

CNC Brake Press

5-Axis CNC Brake Presses with forming capacities up to 120 tons and 3200mm folding length.

Welding

Welding can be performed on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous meterials. Weld types include Mig, Tig, Spot and Stud Welding.

Graining

A wide belt grinding machine which grinds the surfaces of work pieces with rotating endless wide abrasive belts. This process removes burrs and produces a high quality grained finish.

Finishing

Powder Coating, Anodising, Plating, engraving and Silk Screen Printing.
