I've used several nanny agencies in the past but can honestly say that Mums the Word was the best. Emma was happy to give me informal advice over the phone before I registered, and once I was on her books she sent well vetted and credible candidates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Emma runs a fabulous agency which not only helped us find an amazing nanny at very short notice, but also provided us with friendly reassurance at what could have been a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Emma and her agency to all.

I used Mums the Word twice in six months to find a nanny, and Emma was unfailingly helpful, calm and effective. We love our nanny too! I would not hesitate to recommend this nanny agency.
