The Company started the property letting business as a family concern in 1989, was originally based in Middlesbrough, Cleveland in its early years; expanded to Birmingham 10 years ago. The company is now well established and registered under the name Muskaan Estates Ltd.
We put all our energies into providing the highest standard of Property Management, Property Maintenance, Property Insurance and customer service in the business.

STEER CLEAR!!!
Sanjive let us a house with no heating, no gas safety check, 2 unusable showers, a broken cooker and more...while I was newly pregnant, will not refund and now having to move again,have only given 1 star because I have to for form to work, really would be 0. just awful. He knows I am pregnant and knew before letting us this unhabitable property DO NOT RISK IT..STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT!!!!!!!!!

AWFUL-STEER CLEAR!!!!!
