Don't like confirming things in writing when acting with British Gas
My friend signed up for insulation and MVR Solutions took over. Want to use the neighbours property to do the other neighbours property but don't want to discuss it in a hurry in writing and so leaves the British gas client hanging after starting the work. Didn't do a survey and after that they made things very complicated Zero rating so far
