Very bad service

I was very impressed to receive a text message to say that repairs to my car were underway and thought what a good service. Since then it has all gone down hill. I am desparate to get my car back (which received fairly minor injuries on a Wednesday 28th. Nov) and was told that it may be ready the following Friday week. I heard nothing and phoned on the following Tuesday (11th Dec) to be told that the new bumper arrived damaged. A fact that I was not made aware of. I was then told that my car may be ready on the Thursday or Friday of that week. I heard nothing and phoned on the Friday (14th. Dec) to be informed that far from being ready my car had been caused more damage because while fitting the bumper they had managed to split the wing which now needed repair. Again a fact that I was not made aware of. I was then told that my car may be ready by the following Friday, 21st.December. I think this is a disgusting service and would not recommend this body shop to anybody. All I have bveen told is that I have a courtesy car so what's the problem. There has been no understanding of the situation and no consideration shown in letting me know what is going on.
