Didn't arrive at all
Terrible. I booked a taxi 3 days in advance. At the booked time I called to ask if the taxi was on the way. Lady responded that the booking time was not guaranteed and I should call a different company if I don't like it. I could not believe it. I have used them around 20 times and this is how they treat loyalty. Don't use! Avoid! Better to walk backwards at least you are guaranteed to arrive eventually.
