Newfarm is a safe place to fish they have a live in bailiff and the gates are locked at night there are 3 lakes the specemin carp and catfish lake with cats over 40lb with backup 20s & 30s and carp to 30lb+ again with some nice 20s the carp lake has a lot of fish from 6-7lb to 32lb there are some good carp to be had but you must get through the smaller ones first. I know the bigger carp are there as I was there when they were delivered a couple of years ago. The match lake is quite knew and has been stocked with roach, rudd, tench, carp and will be adding more stock soon. there are purpose built toilets. and the food delivered hot to your swim is brilliant. all in all a good fishery well worth a try.
