Terrible company
Wish I had read previous reviews, no wonder they have turned off reviews on their site. A history of no shows for appointments, they did the same to me, costing a days annual leave. Will never use or recommend

Superb Worcester boiler installation
My landlord contacted NO1GAS for a quote for a new boiler and they gave him an excellent price for a Worcester 28cdi combo boiler with free serving and he also got the £600 cash back from the Energy Saving Trust. Affordable quality . Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the installation and service when I purchased a new boiler from Roy, and wrote a good review, however, i am most disappointed with his after care service.After about fourteen phone calls, and getting instructions over the phone telling me how to get into the boiler (to save him making a callout) I reported the ongoing fault approx. in March/April.I am still waiting for him to call with the spare part which he said was . required. This boiler is still under guarantee . I must therefore say that his after sales service is non existant

New Boiler Installation
I had received 6 different prices for A rated High efficiency combi boilers from Mr Roy Ashe, the no nonsense owner of NO.1 Gas Services. I told him of my requirements for a higher hot water rate and my budget of £1450 and he stuck to this with a new boiler and also got me the £400 boiler scrappage scheme and gave me an extended 6 year boiler guarantee and the first year free annual service. I cannot fault Roy and his team and will be using them again for a new bathroom and wetroom installation.

Fixed Price Boiler repair
I called Roy out at 10:00pm on a saturday and he came out the same day, as i had water pouring out of the boiler, he managed to locate the fault and fixed it with a new part replaced within 1 hour.

First class service, two gas safe engineers took just 1 day to complete the work. I would recommend them for fairness of price reliability and standards of service.
