Workplace Driver Training

Employers need to fulfil their corporate responsibility to their employees. One aspect of this responsibility that is sometimes overlooked is the duty of care for those who drive on the company's behalf.

Noel's Driving School offers risk assessment and remedial coaching to reduce potential financial losses to companies, and raise the morale of employees.

I, or another suitably qualified approved driving instructor with fleet trainer credentials, will carry out a sixty minutes assessment of your employee's driving ability and identify and prioritise key risk areas and compile a risk profile. During this hour presented risks would be reduced through coaching, and a final risk profile be communicated to the employee and the company.
