NWTC is the worst garage I ever had the misfortune to deal with. Repeated promises to rectify issues amount to nothing. Other reviews on the Internet suggest I'm not the only one.

Rogue Car Dealer
Similar to review in Nov 2014. This firm should banned from trading. Constantly lied to, promised a sound car which was delivered in a unsafe and unroadworthy condition with numerous faults.Now completely ignored by the proprietor when I totally rejected the car and wanting a full refund of the cash I payed.Totally against the law. Be warned

UNTRUSTWORTHY
Bought a used car from this garage and had the worst experience I've ever had! Incompetent in dealing with a fault that arose with the car and was lied to repeatedly by salesman. False promises made and as I understand It was not the only one with issues.

I love my new car
I just felt I would like to say 'Thank You' to you both after being involved in a car accident I decided to purchase another car. I was very nervous after not driving for 8 months! so when I found one advertised at your garage I was a bit apprehensive about viewing and test driving the vehicle, but I can honestly say I need not have been as I didn't feel pressured in anyway and you were happy just to let me look and drive up the road, so a big Thank You! Also your after sales care is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Kind regards.
